(Founder Stories) Foursquare’s Dennis Crowley: “Stop Sketching, Start Building”

All this week, we’ve been running segments of the Founder Stories talk with Foursquare CEO Dennis Crowley (see links at bottom for past episodes, or watch the entire 45 notation talk below). In this last part (video above), Crowley answers a few hurried glow questions from horde Chris Dixon . What was his most appropriate business preference ever? What does he similar to smallest about being a CEO? Who are his mentors? What are his preferred iPhone apps? And what recommendation does he have for other founders?

Dodgeball came from being irritated at work, . . . things come about since you make them happen. Stop sketching, and beginning building.” Good advice.

Crowley moreover talks about how he is still preoccupied with “the thought of having the phone forthcoming alive and revelation you what to do,” and other startups he thinks are interesting similar to GroupMe and Beluga.
